Now that Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 adoption has gained a very big momentum, Micromatix is introducing a very advanced product called eQPowerBrick. This belongs to the eQBrick family of products offered by Micromatix.  This product is meant for monitoring every Equipment that uses Electrical Power. 

eQPowerBrick can be offered in the basic version or with a set of accessories. The basic product is capable of capturing the following data :

Log when the machine is Switched ON or OFF (along with Date -Time stamping)

Keep Track of ON and OFF times during each day

Energy Consumption of the Equipment (Hour / Shift / Daily)

This product can be offered with the following accessories such as  Keypad and Multiline Backlit Display,  Smart Card Reader , I/O Board with 2 Pulse Inputs, 2 DI (24 V DC), 2 DO (Relay), 2 AI (4..20 mA or 0 to 10 V DC) ad 1 RTD Input. When eQPowerBrick is used with the I/O board, the device will count the Pulses detected at the channels, sense the temperature of the machine (RTD input) and read the Analog and Digital Inputs.
